The Cardinia Shire Civic Centre, located in Officer, is the home of the Cardinia Shire Council. The building comprises sustainable office accommodation, a four-level atrium and was awarded a 5-Star Green Star Design & As-Built Rating.
Drew completed all structural design of this project on behalf of Bonacci Group in Melbourne. The design had several challenging structural elements which required some clever engineering solutions. A close working relationship with the architect and client meant that the project’s architecture and vision was successfully achieved with stunning results.
